The service is as described, you will need some days time but it works 100%. No fake! I have a factory locked Iphone which I also want to use in foreign countries, with local SIM Cards. It is working now internationally.

It is the best service then I could have ever seen. Every word written on the website is a commitment and literal rather than merely a word. A fabulous thing is that everything is communicated properly. You get the officially unlocked phone without any hassle.

Firstly, thank you very much for helping me unlock my iPhone which was unusable for couple of months. Now, after waiting for couple of hours & with an unlocked iPhone, my mind is free to think how I should go about using my iPhone.

At first i was scared to pay because what if it didnt work ? but i risked myself and i did it. I also was scared to give my debit card info specially when they asked me to send a pic of the debit card because they couldnt prove that i was the holder of the card, but i did it i took a pic of the debit card showing just my name and everything work out. I got an email saying its ready to unlock . i connected it to my itunes and work perfectly. I strongly recommend it. its trusworthy, now im using my iphone 5 in ecuador.

I would recommend Official iPhone Unlock to anyone. The site is extremely easy to navigate and everything went without any problems. Unlock was complete in a few days allowing me to switch provider, thanks.

They unlocked my phone but in the instructions its say to put a sim card into the phone other than your own which i did not have. I got this done for an upcoming trip abroad and am hoping it works

1. Worked excellently so far.
2. I would go over some of the UI and UX on your website - the status of unlock request should be somewhere more central and not the last link. I didnt even know it existed.
3. No one answers the phone and the repetative message on the phone is annoying. If no one is answering maybe have a voicemail and then let someone check those. It gives customers a good state of mind if someone answers them.
4. There was no way to pay via paypal only after a reminder email was sent there was info about paypal payments. I have to be honest i was not so happy to give over my cc details as I was worried it was a scam, I was proven wrong. Sorry.
5. My facebook wall post was answered but not my private message, If people get answered I will relieve the amount of uncertanty.
