Customer Feb 2, 2014 7:00 pm	It's all great, they made things very understandable and you didn't have to go through all these tech specs and stuff you don't have a chance to get anyway, so that's good and it did work out great in the end - I mean, I never understood what happened - just connected to Itunes and it worked - but all of this really took more time than i expected, and you never know beforehand how much time will it take, which is pretty disspointing

I had contacted them and was given the reason why it was taking so long (4 weeks) unlocks from orange not on line. Would have given 5 stars had they been up front with the real cost (£109) for unlocking my iPhone 4 .

They delivered the unlock for my iPhone 4 locked to Vodafone Egypt with in 48 hours. If I may suggest? You include some instructions for people whose device is Jailbroken. After I received the conformation email telling me my iPhone is now officially unlocked from OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk I followed the on screen instructions and nothing happened! So I tried to restore the handset using iTunes as suggested in the email and still nothing. iTunes then sent me a error message telling me that (This device isn't eligible for the requested build) Panic!!! After a little time surfing I found this on You Tube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqDKYK8D3C0 Once I edited the file that Cydia had corrupted I then clicked restore again and after a little time the re-build happened. During the restore a window popped up informing me (Updating carrier network settings) I am very pleased to say I now have my iPhone factory unlocked and working better than ever.
