Hannah Cottam Feb 4, 2014 1:04 am	Although the company promised an unlock in 1-3 days, it actually took just over 3 weeks. However, the company were very good at communicating and stating the delay . When I did send an email asking why my order hadn't been completed, it was responded to instantly with a helpful and apologetic note. Although it was frustrating to have to wait so long, and I had almost given up, i Do understand that there were issues that wouldn't occur regularly so I don't doubt the speed this company normally provides. My iphone is now unlocked, and yes, it cost a lot to do, but in the long run will save no end of money on expensive contracts.
