Excellent work from this team. I`m satisfied with their response for solving problems. Thank you. Keep doing the great stuff. My phone was locked , they unlocked and again the phone was locked because some mistake from carrier, but they made a quick response and my phone is factory unlocked again.

I was a little sceptical in the biggining ,because of many scam portals that offer you to unlock your device free of for some donation. But at the end I`m not dissappointed at all. This guys do their job well and fast , and they are real. Thank you

Recommend this service to anyone who wants a hassle free unlock. These guys do all the hard work & all you have to do is sit back & wait. Took a little longer than expected but this was due to 02. Will deffinatley use them again.

Until this morning I got my email from these guys and BAM!!!
UNLOCKED!!!, just like that. It was a hard to get my credit card through at first, the guy on the website chat was not that helpfull, but Stephanie in customer service helped me.

The customer service was excellent, being abroad having an email address and a chat function meant that I did not have to spend lots of money calling or be stuck with no contact.
Furthermore, i must have emailed about 15 times and the reply was always quick, addressed my issue and individual.
They delivered exactly what they advertised and i have not had any problems. The unlock was a little delayed because of the Jubilee but they kept me updated and had warned me of this before hand.
I would recommend this to anyone and have to many of my friends.

Fantastic company, did exactly what it says in the name. I was sceptical at first but spoke to them online with there instant messaging support on their homepage and was ensured it was a legitimate service. After giving them my IMEI and paying the fee I received a confirmation email 2 days later telling me to connect my Iphone 4 to itunes, within 30 seconds it was officially unlocked.
There's nothing bad to say about this company, simple official network unlock.

I was initially not confident about IMEI unlock offered by official iphone unlock at all, because on th einternet you can find a lot of scam and trusting SAM activation and Ulrasn0w, but a lot of problem restoring/upgrading with Itunes. Then i decide to give a try with Official IPhone Unlock, and now I ask myself why i didn't do that before!!!
Highly suggested to everyone in needs to unlock their Iphone, no matter which carrier lock has!!
