I was very sceptical about using an online over the air service, but my worries were totally unjustified.
The process was pain free and faultless, the service was first rate as well.
i asked for the unlock at 14.00 Xmas eve and i got it unlocked at 10.00 on Boxing day.
so a big thumbs up for me, and please dont hessitate to use this service.

It took only 16 hours from the purchase to my iphone was unlocked. Thats what i call exelent service, and trustable 100%. The even offer 100% money back if your iphone wont unlock or blocked in somehow. Except from that, this is higly recommended to anyone that want their unlock permanent. I have even upgraded my iphone to ios 7, and guess what, its still unlocked thanks to this company.

Found this site browsing through the web. It gave simple instructions which I followed. Waited for a couple of days and then all was complete. A few easy steps told me what I had left to do and then my phone was up and running. Perfect!

I went to other shops and companies who said that it would cost me so much more than this site and it would take up to 10days! Would recommend it to anyone as I was in despair trying to get my phone unlocked!

On costs, price started @ 39 quid and finished by my card being debited 46. Your customer service was polite and promised to review the matter but so far not a dicky bird of a response!
No way Jose is it 24-48. This is misleading. It doesn't help that nothing happens during the weekend, after all this is an online service:)
Only 2 stars on account of the money issue (still outstanding).
Clearly if sligjtly critical TrustPilot pulls it off line - Clearly you need to give at least 3
What is wrong with my review that "violates" TrustPilot's code? I'm a customer and am not entirely happy with the expeirence!
