Fantastic, fast and very reasonable, this was the only 'service' that actually delivered what it promised, and that in record time!! I was with ******* in Australia and they had locked me in, despite not living there anymore and having been a loyal customer for over 8 years!! Wanted to charge me $800 to release me from a contract that was fully paid up!! I was SOOOO glad to have found them here, believe me!

I must admit I was a little sceptical about parting with my money. But having done so I'm so pleased.
Was given the price to unlock my iPhone 4 and within 3 days, as promised, I received an email telling me it had been successful. I was told to connect to iTunes and hey presto, my iPhone 4 is now unlocked!
Very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend officalphoneunlock to anyone. 5 stars fully deserved.

Easy to use site, unlock delivered in the time promised and phone was unlocked in the first connection to iTunes after the unlock was confirmed.
Highly recommended and I'll be using them again.

After 44 hours the message in iTunes appears 'your device is now unlocked'.
The service is not that cheap, but I am thankful that it exists and works very well.
I remember all these lost hours in O2 service hotlines...

Cannot fault the service the only thing i was a little unhappy about is that it said it would be £39.99 but when i actually got to pay it had gone up to £44.00 !

The service was really good.
The only question was that the system informed that my phone would be unlocked in about 2 days. After this period expired, the status screen changed automaticaly to more 2 days, without my knowledge. Then, although the system inform that the period is 2 days (or whatever), that same system changed this period without any explanation.
However, generally speaking, the service works well, and I didn't have any problems after the unlocking.
