Took longer than I wanted but that was because I timed it over the weekend. The service really does work and all above board. :) - so no 'jailbreak' and therefore no having to do a repeat unlock and I will be able to chose the optimum network for me. Thanks.

I was a little worried when my unlock took longer than 12 hrs, but it finally went through. now my AT & T locked iPhone 5 is unlocked.

I was dubious having tried other "unlock sites" with no luck whatsoever. Found Official iPhone Unlock and thought what the hell. I couldn't believe how easy and straight forward it was. I received the confirmation e-mail, fired up iTunes, connected the phone and that was it, simples!!!

After having read varying reviews about this company they proved to be without foundation, for my own experience anyway, it did take a few days longer than quoted to get my iPhone 3GS unlocked but you just have to bear with them.
Phone unlocked officially via iTunes and software restore after I got email from them so happy customer overall

A very effective method for unlocking your iPhone. It was a fast, seamless and effective means of getting my iPhone unlocked to be able to use for long global trips. I have been able to swap out sim cards seamlessly to use on different carriers. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but especially for the price, I find this to be a very effective method without the same risk of jailbreaking.

I was very apprehensive about paying up front for unlocking, but the reviews were positive so I decided to go ahead. They said 24-48 hours and it was dead on 48 that they emailed me back. I did have an issue with my payment card (which was a little worrying) but it was resolved quickly.
I would definitely recommend this as a genuine way to unlock your iPhone in the Apple database, but note that the 24-48 hour service does not include weekends.
All in all, a very positive experience with this company. One very happy user!!

I couldn't be happier with the service. I paid for a fast and permanent unlock of my iPhone 4s and within 4 hours the unlock was complete and permanent (as evidenced by the fact that I was able to upgrade to iOS 7 with no issues and my phone remained unlocked).
In short, I think ~$50.00 for a permanent unlock is a damn good deal. And I appreciate that the service worked fast and made things easy for me.
