Was so easy to unlock and no need to mess around with itunes, I just put in my new sim and it worked! Would 100% use again, it was quicker than it would have been going through Tmobile!

I purchased my iPhone unlock late Friday night and in 4 business days I received an email saying my phone unlock was completed. From then on it was very straightforward to finalize the unlock by inserting my sim and activating the phone. Definitely worth the cost.

I had an old 4s locked to a UK provider but they got it unlocked for me, took a bit longer than I hoped but worked. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend before trying to hack a phone and end up bricking it.

The service was actually very good, though a little expensive. I read loads of reviews good and bad about official unlock, and concluded that most of the bad reviews were the result of people not reading everything on the website. They are actually pretty clear on price, could be even more obvious though. They also highlight issues with phone being barred or locked via find my phone, and place links to check. I found them all and was therefore pretty confident that i would get the unlock requested, and did in 4 days against a quote of 5, so OK. The phone was locked to T-Mobile who were a nightmare to deal with before i decided to use this service. I get the impression even from the site prices that all the EE companies are more expensive/difficult to get the unlock from, The experience with T-Mobile customer (oh no you are not) so we won't provide any service department, i would say it is worth the money for officialiphoneunlock to do it for you. Read the website.

After getting an iPhone for my wife on EBay, it turned out to be locked to another provider - turned to this company for a solution. I have ordered TMobile UK for my IPhone 4. This took a little longer than what they have promised, but it worked fine. Now i am using it completely with my Carrier here in India. It took about 5 days to complete the unlock. I think official iphone unlock did their work well in time. After the status was submitted to apple.Unlock complete connect to itunes to finish. Thanks to official Iphone unlock. I can use my gift phone happily now.

My iPhone was unlocked in a day and a half. I submitted my IMEI number and and to wait for two days for orange to open up unlocks, was told by email and that my phone had been submitted for unlocking and it took about 36 hours after that for email notification that the unlock was complete. Phone works well on all networks. Thanks

when you see the message "your phone has now been unlocked" you get that sense of relief and happiness that makes you want to just jump right up in the air!!!
i was soo anxiously waiting for my phone to be unlocked forever looking back at the status update page.
it was quite expensive but then cheap compared to the local shops i went to and plus quicker too even thought i did have to wait for 3days.
most shops were saying 2 weeks for £200 MAXIMUM so compared to the price i had to pay for these people to unlock my phone its nothing.
i will defo recommend these people as they are the best, their security is tight too, their process of making sure that it is not fraud happwning is amazing
ive recommended all them too all people i know and if this was to occur again where i would have to unlock a phone i would definately go with these lot

A good and helpful service after getting nowhere with Tmobile. I would recommend them and certainly use them in the future. I did it over the bank holiday so waited a bit longer as they were closed, but come Tuesday had an email from them and my phone was unlocked on Wednesday, a straightforward changeover to new sim. I spent months waiting for T-Mobile to get their act together and unlock my phone. They kept telling me the IMEI was incorrect. I kept pointing out that I as reading it to them from the phone itself...they eventually told me it was apple's fault.
If it was apple's fault how come official unlock were able to do it in less than a week.
I feel totally liberated!

I tried to unlock my phone through my network and got refused twice, found this site and I wasn't to sure but I kept reading it and then took a gamble. This is the best gamble I have ever taken I'm so happy my phone is unlocked and it wasn't a scam, it did cost more than you can get it don't on the high street but to my opinion I think this is worth it. My daughter left me her iphone.. So....repaired the cracked screen, then tried to get it unlocked for talk talk from t-mobile.
Tried one web site, and they said it had been done, but no joy, so called apple, who confirmed that not only had it not been unlocked, but no attempt had been made to unlock it. So after getting a refund, we tried here. Ok it took some time, but it worked... Wife happy.. Me in good place!

I had an iphone 4S, firmware 5.1.1, baseband 2.0.12, locked to T-Mobile and I live in Greece so wanted to use a Greek sim (of course). Spent hours scouring the web for a solution to no avail. Was about to gift it to someone as an expensive door stop when I found officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. Accidentally upgraded to 5.1.1 as well as a 4.12.01 baseband rendering my gevey sim card completely useless. After panicking for a couple of hours, I placed my order on a Friday and my phone was unlocked by Sunday morning! Was a little bit nervous about trusting this website but after watching the user testimonials, I was convinced that the site was legit. Now I can use my phone without worrying about my Gevey Sim malfunctioning everytime i turn my phone off. Totally worth it, and can't beat the price (especially if you record a testimonial). I was able to unlock a T-Mobile UK iphone 4s with r sim 3 but with iphone 4 i tried everything. Ultrasn0w, geveysim, rsim, custom ipsw. Once that baseband is updated it isnt going to downgrade by use of No_BB ipsw. Got screwed over on that part. R sim is able to unlock a 4s but not a 4. The advertisement said iphone 4 too but that was a lie. I thought i was gonna have to switch over to att for this phone. I found this website and did research. Seemed legit i guess. I figured I'd use my credit card to pay for it so that in case it was a scam my credit card company would refund me and help shut down this site. I hate scam sites.. Turns out it's actually legit. I provided them my imei number, paid for it, had to send a pic of my credit card with my name on it(fingers covering my numbers and exp date), and then waited about 6 hrs before I received an email saying that its unlocked and all i had to do was plug in to iTunes. My phone was jailbroken so iTunes didn't try to unlock it. I had to do an official restore with my tmobile sim in the phone. It downloaded another 5.1.1 ipsw(i installed an official 5.1.1 before btw..), installed it and then asked me to check for a carrier update. Checked it, installed it, and then at the end it finally said my iPhone was unlocked. Had to do my jailbreak again but other than that I'm happy with it. After months looking for a unlock solution on the internet I ran across Official iPhone Unlock website. I first thought this may a scam, then I thought I can place the order with my credit card and if it doesn't work I could just file a claim.
I placed my order on late Saturday night I check my status afterward and I was inform that would receive an email with more information about the unlock. The next day I check my email and it was ready. I followed the instructions and my iPhone was unlock with T-mobile within second. THIS IS THE BEST UNLOCK S0LUTION OUT THERE.

To start off I have never in my life have heard about this page until Saturday, September 15, 2012. I gotta say it really impact me because i never thought that they can unlock and iphone 4 running on iOS 5.1.1 through online process. When i told one of my good friends where i can take an iPhone 4 to unlock it, he recommended me to go to the offical iPhone unlock page and from that second i went to the page i had a sense of trust towards the page. I immediately went for it. When i woke up today i got an email saying that my iPhone 4 was successfully unlocked. When i went to t-mobile to get my micro sim card i installed it in my iPhone and it works perfectly... Never have been so happy to be able to have a great unlock iPhone without having it to jailbreak and to be able to update the iOS version anytime... I want to give a big thank you to the people on offical iPhone unlock. You guys have made a real great and clean work. I RECOMMEND offical iPhone unlock to anyone who needs to unlock their iPhone.

I came across this company online and spent some time checking them out and comparing it with others. I was very skeptical about it at first especially after I could not send the money directly using my debit card and they do not have a Paypal account which I think they should so people can be more at ease and to make it worse, I am located in the Islands of Cape Verde, est Africa.But anyway I sent the money transfer through my bank and was eager to get unlocked from T-Mobile UK. But 1st I had to be very patient since it took a few days for the money to be cleared, then another 24 hours for them to get the response from Apple servers. I sent the money on Tuesday, it was recieved on Thursday and I received the e-mail telling me that I was unlocked on Saturday morning (a week-end, mind you). That's why I feel nothing but pure joy joy joy, because these folks are real and they take care of their customers. I was even so happy to know from the web designer, that the concept for the site was done in Cape Verde when he came here on vacation months ago. Well folks, there you have it. I trust them totally and I will do business with them again and will tell all my friends about them. Thank you again for this new found freedom for my Iphone.

Service was fast and reliable. I bought my iPhone 4S from T-Mobile UK and brought to Brazil. In the beginning was detected that my unit was used in Brazil and for some reason it was locked. Suddenly to use another carrier with gevey. But after paying for release... after 48hrs my iPhone was fully unlocked. And working with any carrier. Now my fear to update the phone is gone :D

I have to say I was a little bit dubious - even after I sent my card details I was thinking "ripped off again!" And then when, on Saturday morning I had a message about their email being wiped and needing to resend my verification I thought my worst fears were confirmed. But then, I got up on Monday morning and there was the email - your phone is now officially unlocked. And, to my genuine surprise - it WAS! In less than 5 minutes the iphone I'd spent 3 months and countless hours trying to get going again using redsn0w and all those other hacktivation tools was working again. I wish I'd found you three months ago and saved myself many sleepless nights and cursing and swearing. Seriously guys, don't even bother to look for anywhere else. The service is amazing and it does exactly what it says on the tin, no more, no less and you can't ask for anything more than that! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you thank you thank you :-)

Ordered unlock in November 2012 but as T-Mobile and Orange were joining companies
it took untill 14 December to send order to Apple,It then took until 11 January to receive
unlock code. I telephoned the help desk and although they were very helpful they were
unable to advise a time from Apple.To be fair most of the delays have been due to
T-Mobile/Orange.and Christmes holiday shut downs.
The price was unexpectedly high but the phone had to be unlocked as it was a
Cristmas present.

iPhone 5 locked to T-Mobile UK successfully unlocked and registered back to me with Apple. Not the cheapest but service delivered as stated. I would advise any prospective customer to read the information on the website. My unlock took a few weeks but the reason was explained within the pages of the website. I am satisfied that I got exactly what I paid for. Many thanks.

After having phone pinched at work, had to get hubby's old iphone unlocked, Was really pleased that we found a trusted site to unlock phone safely. Took a little longer than I anticipated, as lots of the reviews said only took few hours, e.t.c. But it works, and can't recommend this site enough, as it really is safe.

Bought this service 2 months ago to unlock an iPhone 4, unfortunately it could not be unlocked immediately as T-Mobile had suspended the unlocking of all phones -probably as a result of their amalgamation into EE.
The one thing I could not understand is that I paid £89.99 originally, and was then told that the price had gone up to £109.99 and when I paid the amount I was charged £24.99 - I asked why via the feedback form on the website and via email to customer services, but they never responded to either of those questions.
Anyway, phone unlocked now although it was a lot later and a bit more expensive than originally thought.
