I sold my iPhone 7 Plus through eBay and needed to unlock my phone. I was able to get a successful unlock through Official iPhone Unlock. If selling your phone, I would recommend you buy the unlock before you sell your device - mine took a week to unlock, and so my buyer was waiting. Luckily he was patient!

Wow! What a relief. After sending my imei to the company I regularly work with and they were not able to unlock the phone I didn't know what else to do. So after searching the net I saw this site. I sent them my code on the 30th July and it was finally unlocked on the 9th August after trying to twice. I didn't have the confidence in them because of an articles i saw on the internet about them being scammers but at the end they came through. Thanks.

The price was a little high, but they unlocked my iPhone 4 within 48 hours. Amazing, I contacted Fido and they said I couldn't do it because it is a phone I got off a friend after she deactivated her account with them. I can now use my Rogers SIM no problem, happy happy happy! For all of you that say they don't do it in the 48 hour timespan don't rely on the email to know its unlocked, check through iTunes, because mine was unlocked earlier than they sent the email. Thanks guys :)

I have been an apple user since the iPhone 2g. All the models after we have to jailbreak to get them unlocked and could never be able to update them. Was on the fence on using a service like this over the internet especially at just over $100. but it was well worth it..I had an iphone that was newer and in perfect condition just locked to another carrier, but after my current iphone got smashed and had the home button fall off i was desperate. OfficialUnlock got the job done..only reason i took off a star was because the delivery time was incorrect said it would take one day but took just over a week..which isnt bad but please be more generous with the finish date. Overall great service.

Awesome unlock! A bit expensive but cheaper than through my carrier! Sceptical at first because it's hard to trust international companies.
Also took about a week instead of next day - just be patient.

For me I was very sceptically at first, My problem was I wasn't following the steps to show that I was the cardholder I ended up doing step 2 instead of step 1 and when I went back to the site and read step 1 which was the quickest way it took 1 day for my Rogers Canada Iphone 5 to get unlock. I'm still shocked at how quick my phone was unlocked and how professional and patience the support team was with me. My Experience with unlock for my Canada Rogers network is really good .... Even though there were hiccups initially .. as it happens for many networks I choose to hold on ... as I know this stuff is complex and there is so much security involved ... I will give a 10 out of 10 ... even though there was delay .... !!!! And my iPhone is unlocked permanently ... !!!

As like most people, I was quite hesitant in purchasing a service online with little knowledge of. Decided to take that chance and now I'm glad that I did.
I was able to communicate with a few of their staff via emails and asked them a few questions. I then decided to try it out. It took about 19 hours for it to complete once the IMEI has been submitted. They told me it would take between 6-24 hours so I'm glad that they weren't exaggerating.
My iPhone 4 from AT&T US is now working with a ROGERS SIM and I'm extremely pleased. If I need to unlock another phone, I know where to go again.

I have been SO frustrated with the amount of lock-down that Rogers in Canada has on it's iPhones. There is NO option to unlock for international travel, etc and their roaming rates, as per usual in the industry, are absolutely ridiculous. I was scouring the web for options when I came across officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. There are so many scams and nefarious options out there so I did a bunch of research on them. The fact that they've got a facebook page with 20,000 likes and a load of good comments had me thinking that they were probably legit so I dove in. About 3 days after placing my order I received my unlock confirmation email, went to the local futurshop, bought a koodo sim card with no intention of signing up for the service (10 bucks) and followed the very simple instructions. First time hooking up with iTunes I got a weird message so turned the phone off and then on again and all of a sudden I was looking at "Congratulations, you're iPhone is now unlocked." Popped out the koodo sim card and put the roger's one back in and am SO STOKED to know that the next time I go travelling I can just buy a regional sim card and have every function I'm used to.

Submitted my IMEI on October 3rd and my phone didn't get unlocked till October 12th. For a while I thought I might have been scammed cause the time frame took longer then the stated outline. On the 8th they updated the status that the delayed Canada Rogers iPhone will be submitted that night for unlocking tomorrow which will be the 9th. My phone didn't get unlocked till 3 days after that. But when I got the noticed that my phone is now unlocked I did as they say and plugged my phone into iTunes and they said congratulations your phone is now unlocked.

I first tried to have my telus 4s pone unlocked paid the que fee, then waited a few days
Sent them a message on facebook they got back to me within 8 hrs explaining telus unlocks were temp unavailable. When I inquired how long they said two to three weeks.
Way to long for me and I did check other unlock places all could not unlock telus phones at the time. They offered a refund I asked if I could use it to purchase a Rogers 4s I had no problem within 3 days it was unlocked. A few weeks later I heard telus unlocks were available, bought one for the 4s and 2 days later it two was unlocked.
Unlocking I phones is not a simple process and sometimes networks are blocked.
Definatly a decent deal they kept me informed. I would recommend them

The unlocking of my Rogers (Canada) iPhone 4S took about a week but it was completed and it works perfectly fine now. I thought that the communication by officialiphoneunlock.co.uk was pretty good and being able to quickly check on the status is helpful. I was able to find the service $30-$40 cheaper at other places on the net after but no big deal.
All in all, thumbs up.
