Hi, I am from Bhopal,India. I bought 2 iphone 5s Gold & Grey from ebay seller for 38K INR.Because I was new to apple I didnt know the concept of R sim. The seller asked me to wait for next update (lied to me) I updated my iphone OS post which no Rsim would work on it. Finally I gathered courage to shed 260 Quid / 26K INR to get these phones unlocked. No doubt there service is absolutely professional and impressive I got my phones unlocked within 4 days even though it hit really hard on my pockets (thats why 4 stars) and now they are working perfectly fine.Thanks guys.

Már feladtam a reményt, amikor ráleltem a társaságra és elindítottam a függetlenítés folyamatát. Két és fél héten keresztül naponta próbálkoztam és figyeltem a folyamatot és már kezdtem azon gondolkodni, hogy miként fogom tudni alkatrészenként eladni az iPhone-om. Egyszer csak 17 napra rá, hogy elindítottam a folyamatot, jelezték, hogy sikerült függetleníteniük a telefonomat. Csak ajánlani tudom másnak is!

At first I was a bit sceptical, "Surely it is a scam."
I decided to try it anyway, after payment I quickly recieved an email saying that payment was succesful and in 1-3 days time, I should get another email telling me to connect to iTunes.
4 days later, I got the email....I was still sceptical. I restored my iPhone and I didnt get a message saying " Congratulations your iPhone is now unlocked" I definitely thought something had gone wrong now. However I popped in a new sim card and the iphone activated just fine. It had worked!! Just by plugging my iPhone into iTunes.
The only problem I have is that I cant use my sim from my 3gs - However this is not iphoneunlocks fault. It is my fault. As the 3gs and 4 use different types of sim cards. I bought a micro sim cutter off ebay to cut my sim down to size. However the cutter had cut it wrong!! It had cut the actual metal part of the sim, rendering it useless. Typically when I cut a different PAYG sim it cut it perfectly!! Sods Law!!. I now have a new sim in the post from my carrier.
Highly recommend these guys, there are lots of people that say this is a scam....It Isn't. Works perfectly.

1. Worked excellently so far.
2. I would go over some of the UI and UX on your website - the status of unlock request should be somewhere more central and not the last link. I didnt even know it existed.
3. No one answers the phone and the repetative message on the phone is annoying. If no one is answering maybe have a voicemail and then let someone check those. It gives customers a good state of mind if someone answers them.
4. There was no way to pay via paypal only after a reminder email was sent there was info about paypal payments. I have to be honest i was not so happy to give over my cc details as I was worried it was a scam, I was proven wrong. Sorry.
5. My facebook wall post was answered but not my private message, If people get answered I will relieve the amount of uncertanty.

I have used this company for a few unlocks for clients. Generally very good. A couple of unlocks still pending after weeks.
