Derek Lee Feb 18, 2014 1:10 am	I thought that the service was simple and quite reliable. This is the 2nd phone that I've unlocked and it has been pretty much a no fuss situation. It was speedy as well - everything was pretty much done within 2 days - the only thing I hope would be better would be the credit card authorization which requires you to send them a picture of your credit card with name....but that might just have to deal with credit card support itself. Other than that - no real complaints....simple reliable no fuss!!

Fortunately I was completely wrong and from the beginning I was emailing customer support to assure the process would run smoothly. Sure $40 is not ideal but it works immediately and now I can relax at my study abroad having the ability to do everything I did at home. Thank you
