Thought its better to spend money here to get my phone unlocked rather than some roadside mobile shop and hell ya I was right. I had to wait for nearly 13-14 days but what matters eventually is that money spent was worth. They did fulfill their promise and yes I am a happy customer! Just FYI i got iPhone 4 (Vodaphone) unlocked through them.

When the phone failed to activate due to it still being locked, and being unable to get remuneration from the vendor, I thought I was out of luck.
