I have Unlocked 5+ mobile phones thru this marvelous service. A few of the larger cell providers make you stay on there network for months before they provide any unlocking. I made a blunder and bought a second hand iphone without realising it was still locked to its original network- OFFICIALIPHONEUNLOCK saved the day- constant updates and a handy online status checker where you can ( I did) watch the unlock unfold. Reliable - High street mobile phone unlocks worked out more expensive and with a similar time frame. A no brainier really!

OK so it took from Tues evening to Sat evening, a bit longer than the 48 hour timeframe, but it worked and now connected to Virgin Mobile fro O2!

Unlocking completed within 5days for iPhone 5s locked to orange, anticipated unlocking between 1-5 days so unlocking delivered within specified time, would highly recommend. Tried EE but would not unlock phone as I did not have mobile contract with them, I had purchased phone In good faith being told it was unlocked and contacted seller who contacted EE and we are still waiting! Once I received my notification that my mobile was unlocked I used my laptop and iTunes to complete the task.
This worked with no problem.
If I was to recommend one thing apply for your code at the beginning of the week as the weekend days are not included in your 24 to 72 hours.

I was very envious about using this way of unlocking as I'd read allot of bad reviews about other sites and that there were many scams however I took the plunge and within 72 working hours I got an email telling me to put my SIM card in and sure enough it worked straight away.
I've never been more pleased. Thoroughly recommend this service to anyone that has a phone locked to the wrong network. The high street mobile network shops (vodaphone & three mobile to be specific ) were useless in helping me unlock the phone and this site was perfect, no hassle, no overseas call centres to ring, quick and simple !

Very pleased with the service and now able to use my phone abroad. My phone was not able to be used abroad due to it being locked to the t mobile service. I was pleased with the updates unblock iPhone provided through the process of unblocking my phone. I would recommend the service to anyone else who is experiencing the same problem.

What i thought would be a simple exercise of changing providers and porting my mobile number from one provider to another proved to be a major pain. Thankfully i found you guys and while it still meant that i was without a usable phone for a few days, the process was painless, easily explained and even a non computer savvy person like myself could understand and get the thing working again.

My iphone is now unlocked by officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and it works with local carrier (VMS mobile phone), that's great! The fee for unlock is expensive, however, I'm happy. I do hope that it will be permanently unlocked!

My mum could not use her new Nokia phone so I decided to give her my old I phone. Her phone was locked to talk mobile and mine to O2, so I did some research and came across official phone unlock. I was sceptical at first but after reading other people's reviews gave it a try. It couldn't have been easier and well worth the money, the whole thing took just 24 hrs and was so simple to do on I tunes which is never a simple system to use!! I've bought this iDevice locked to O2 UK on internet, second hand. At first i tried with the classic unlock with officialiphoneunlock.com but it came up it was the phone was locked. After that, by paying the difference, they unlocked me the iPhone in really short time (3 days) cause I was in need of having a working mobile phone. The service was exellent. Having tried my local mobile shop and not getting anywhere after two weeks of false promises, I was advised to use Official iPhone Unlock by a friend, the unlock came through ontime and I can now use any sim to call, this will be great for when I move to the Ukraine next year.

It started about 26 of september when i got to wait about 10 working days. During that time they sent me a mail asking if this mobile phone was ever activated by the operator that was locked to and i said no because it was a new apple exchange iphone 4. I bought a card from the operator that was locked and activate the iphone. When i got the iphone activated, they submit again the imei to unlock server and after 4 days, voilá .. My iphone is unlocked! Thank you for a very good service ;)

Having purchased two Iphones locked to Orange and T Mobile ive discovered they are the hardest and most expensive unlocks , but took the bull by the horns and paid my money and got wot i paid for a good service unlocked my iphone as simple as just plugging into my laptop and it did it all for me in seconds

A simple process of putting the mobile details in, personal details and then paying. Check back every now and then on the unique URL they provide to check the status or just wait for the email to say is all complete.

I actually read the reviews before paying the money. Thought its better to spend money here to get my phone unlocked rather than some roadside mobile shop and hell ya I was right. I had to wait for nearly 13-14 days but what matters eventually is that money spent was worth. They did fulfill their promise and yes I am a happy customer!
Just FYI i got iPhone 4 (Vodaphone) unlocked through them.

I must admit to being sceptical about whether they could do what they promised, I wasn't even 100% sure it was a genuine company, so many scams in the mobile phone market however, they were fantastic! All done within 48 hours as promised, good communication on progress, couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody.

Initially I had some reservations about the method of credit card verification ("please email us a picture of your card covering the card number") but this turned out to be a simple and effective way to prove my identity.
My phone, locked to O2 was unlocked in two and a half days. This website is a godsend for people who wish to use their own, legally bought hardware in the way they want. It exposes the rather childish actions of UK mobile operators who should consider other, more open ways of offering their services.

I first had my doubts about this service but i just went ahead after reading the site and seeing that there is much support for every stage of the unlocking process. After paying per bank i sent an e-mail and after 5 minutes the mobile was ready to go. I just had to plug it in Itunes and that was it.

it was my first time to ask about unlock through yor service. I had some doubts, but decided to try. Only a short time I was nervous when i didn't receive any changes about update of unlock status during more than a day.
I do not like the strategy of some cellular companies to lock their mobile devices and allow to use them only in domestic cell network. I think we should be able to select the company by ourself.

I have searched for unlock service and this one was the most trustworthy with wide amount of possible unlocks. One thing that disappointed me was a static price for different mobile operators. After they unlock your Iphone you may have to put in some manual data to get MMS working properly, but everything else worked great. MMS is handled through your cell phone company, you have to get the information from your carrier or look it up online. Don't blame the unlock company if you don't research your carrier for the MMS fix before having the phone unlocked. I am using family mobile from walmart and everything works great. I completely restored the Iphone using iTunes after the phone was unlocked and it was still unlocked.

My iphone 5 was locked to vodafone (free upgrade) and has been successfully unlocked. My daughter now uses the phone in China using a China Mobile SIM.
My main criticism is the hassle with getting my payment validated - despite my visa card being part of visa verify scheme and that it is difficult to get an answer by phone. This led me to believe I had been scammed which turned out not to be the case.

Getting my iPhone 4 locked to Orange UK unlocked has been a nightmare, I have tried for almost a year in a number of mobile shops. Official iPhone unlock were finally able to do this so I am very grateful. It did take a long time with them though about 6 weeks, I just wish they had been more communicative and warned me that this may happen. But overall I am very satisfied, they got the job done and were approachable via Facebook with constant updates.

I had officialiphoneunlock.co.uk recommended to me by a friend. Of course, I was skeptical I let him use the service first. After 6 hours or so, his iphone was unlocked. Then, I payed to have my iphone unlocked. A little less than a week passed by and naturally I was worried, but as the website said, certain network providers can take longer to unlock from. Then, my iphone was unlocked and I am now the happy owner of an unlocked iphone using a China Mobile SIM. officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is the real deal and on the internet, where there's a lot of scammers, that's hard to come by.

I had problem with my mobile network and that caused delay on my unlocking process . The customer service was poor on the website and via email. I have sent several emails questioning about my order and did not get any answer.
After my network was released for unlocking, the service was quick and efficient.
