The unlock came through very quickly and was no hassle at all. Simple as give them your details, wait until you recieve the confirmation email and voila, unlocked with no complications. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Fantastic service, even though at first I thought it was a scam as soon as I proceeded through the initial screens I knew it could only be legit! Having entered my payment information I received a conformation email within milliseconds and a notification email followed with in seconds after that to help me check the progress of the unlock, just a warming feeling knowing that the company doesn't leave you in the dark throuought the process!! Not only would I recommend the service I WILL be using it again for my parents/wife and my sisters phone.

I was a bit worried about having my iPhone unlocked in case anything went wrong and my phone would be useless .I needn't have worried it was a good price and everything went just as they said it would.

I've used Official iPhone Unlock's services on more than a dozen occasions. Each time they delivered as promised except for the 4 hour time to unlock. Typically it is 12-24 hours before receiving the unlock notice.

I have been SO frustrated with the amount of lock-down that Rogers in Canada has on it's iPhones. There is NO option to unlock for international travel, etc and their roaming rates, as per usual in the industry, are absolutely ridiculous. I was scouring the web for options when I came across officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. There are so many scams and nefarious options out there so I did a bunch of research on them. The fact that they've got a facebook page with 20,000 likes and a load of good comments had me thinking that they were probably legit so I dove in. About 3 days after placing my order I received my unlock confirmation email, went to the local futurshop, bought a koodo sim card with no intention of signing up for the service (10 bucks) and followed the very simple instructions. First time hooking up with iTunes I got a weird message so turned the phone off and then on again and all of a sudden I was looking at "Congratulations, you're iPhone is now unlocked." Popped out the koodo sim card and put the roger's one back in and am SO STOKED to know that the next time I go travelling I can just buy a regional sim card and have every function I'm used to.
