I waited around 10 days and now my iPhone is unlocked from KDDI Japan. I just restarted it with my old sim card (ATT Mexico) and is now working perfectly!

Its good way to unlock the iPhone of any model.

結論から言うと嘘だっと思ったが、実は本当でした。AUのIPHONEが解除されました。最初は騙されていろんなところでこの会社の記事を探していましたが、プラスの記事は一切なかった。どうなるでしょうかなとおもっています。でも無事に解除されてありがとうございます。別に遅くなんて責めないから、連絡ぐらいくれれば安心できるでしょう。

My locked IPhone Now is unlocked and works with a new sim. Very very happy. It took longer and than expected With slightly high cost but with excellent customer support emails and follow up the unlock was delivered. Hopefully it'd stay unlocked as the company says it will. Have even ordered another unlock for my iPhone 6s. It's REAL and and Excellent service indeed and definitely not any fly by night operator.

It took 12 days. Finally my AU iPhone has been unlocked! Now I can say they offer safe and sure service. I am sure that the factory unlock is definitely the best choice comparing with using the sim unlock adapter which has major defects.

Realmente o serviço é muito bom. Recebi e-mails frequentes avisando sobre o andamento do desbloqueio. Recomendo muito tendo em vista que estava com um problemão e que resolveram com o desbloqueio do meu Iphone 5S 64gb bloqueado na Au Kddi.

i had my kddi japan locked iphone 5s unlocked within the time they said! it was written it could have take 7 to 10 days, i purchased the service on february 25th and they unlocked it on march 14th (weekends excluded obviously). and it s also cheaper than the other websites! the line support always kept me posted with the unlocking status report. at first i was really skeptical but i assure you it s a Great service! now i can use my japanese iphone in italy! so happy XD

At first, I was in doubt of providing my credit card. I have waited for almost 1 weeks the most, and even lost hope and didn't even mind checking my email if I got any email from the said site. I don't know what forced me to have the gut feeling to check my email, and VOILA! an email from officialiphoneunlock.co.uk saying that my request to unlock my iPhone 5g has been "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED". So my iPhone 5G which is locked from Japan Au KDDI before, now is working with my Philippine Sim "Globe Network". Thank you very much to this website, now I don't have to worry about replying to my contacts in a different / original phone number format.

I want to share my experience. As my iPhone carrier is KDDI, Japan, it is heard to find the unlock services. When I saw this website, I thought to give a trail. I did on September 7th, waited then suddenly on Sep 14, I got email that my iPhone is unlocked. So excited and next day I check with my colleague sim card. WOW !!! it worked nicely.
I recommend this guy.... You can trust...

Be carefull, if you have an iphone wich is barred
mine was barred and after i paid for KDDI nework unlock, i had to make an extra paiment to unlock it.
But after 12 day of waiting, the unlock camed. i`m very happy now!

For all those who are thinking about an unlock - Definitely this one WORKS. I totally recommend the service. They took a little more than 1 month to unlock my iPhone 5 here in Japan (and I thought it would be really tougher because Japan is a very strict country with hard rules and policies). It was still in contract with AU (what costed me higher - I had to make another payment) so that's the reason it took longer I think. The company contacted me and guided me keeping me updated on the status of my unlock. I contacted then 2 or 3 times and they replied me promptly with short but clear information. I have just received an email informing me about the unlock. I did not have the screen showing the unlock on the iTunes as they say/said but when I inserted a different SIM card it worked. It took a little to my iPhone understand the new card. I had no signal on the first 2 or 3 minutes but after 1 or 2 restarts everything went OK. Now I have my iPhone SIM free using a YMobile SIM card (I had to cut the SIM because they are different sizes - you can buy a cutter at Amazon or cut it yourself using very sharp scissors). My order was placed on November 3, 2014 and it was completed today December 9, 2014. TOTALLY SATISFIED....

All their procedures are transparent and their timelines are correct.. If you happen to have an issue with your unlock they will take time but still notify you in the end..
Truly the service works.. Takes time and i was impatient at first but when they came through i was glad and would do it again for next phone with no qualms this time.
Satisfied customer....... My phone had locked after an upgrade.... now factory unlocked.,

First i was hesitating because i thought it was a scam, but I read the positive reviews and i try it..and now Im not suffering using gevey sim or any adaptor just to used my locked Iphone 5.

Thanks guys my iPhone 5 linked to KDDI, japan was unlocked (worldwide unlock service) however it took more than a month (18th July to 25th August).
The service is reliable but my only complain is communication and customer service. Its better that at the time of buying unlock you don't
offer this 24-72 hrs timeline to lure us. Moreover it would be very nice if you keep providing regular updates especially if the customer asks you
questions through the support page. Active communication really helps!

I received the unlocked email this morning and I did what the instruction said by putting my h2o SIM card in the iphone, and the SIM card was regconized right away. my iPhone 5 WAS LOCKED to KKDI japan network. officialiphone unlock team has done great job. I had purchased unlock on 18th July and today 25th Aug its unlocked.
finally I can use any sim card now. when I purchased from this website my all friend told me that its a scam now I can prove them as I was right.
