I had my doubts at first, but after waiting for about a week, received the email that my phone has been unlocked. I then tried a couple of different sim cards from different providers & it worked... =)
Definitely recommend them...

The price was a little high, but they unlocked my iPhone 4 within 48 hours. Amazing, I contacted Fido and they said I couldn't do it because it is a phone I got off a friend after she deactivated her account with them. I can now use my Rogers SIM no problem, happy happy happy! For all of you that say they don't do it in the 48 hour timespan don't rely on the email to know its unlocked, check through iTunes, because mine was unlocked earlier than they sent the email. Thanks guys :)

I tried to unlock the iphone that I got 2 months ago, as I need to travel aboard. The carrier company will not unlock unless 3 months has passed. They said, it is impossible to do so as Apple will not allow it. Came this site and placed an orther, after 2 days, the phone is unlocked, I tested with other carrier sim, works like a charm.

I was locked with Fido. And I didn't want to bring it to a local shady cellphone shop for fear that they might open up the phone and play with the hardware or even worse mess up the software. So I did some research and found this website. I must say I was hesitant and skeptical at first, it's simply my nature. I gave it a shot anyway and after two days of worrying and thinking I made a mistake I received an email saying my Iphone 5S has been unlocked! Put in my SIM to confirm and now I say to you all that this company delivers on their promise. No need to hesitate, you will get the service you are paying for.

there were some issues with the initial round of unlocking not working, but the support staff ultimately got to the bottom of the issues and re-sent info out to complete the unlock process. In all it took just over a week. (fido canada)

I was in Canada the past three years , reason is to study bachelor degree ,and I finished my studies this year 2014 , and fido telecom had an offer on the iPhone 4s locked by the company it's self , and now I have to unlock my phone because I need to insert a SIM card of the country that I'm located in , so I thought of unlocking my phone without going to an unstoppable issues that doesn't have an end to it so I ended up signing in this website to use my phone.

I got hold of an iPhone 4S that was locked and unusable. Using the site, I was able to find out that the phone was locked to the Canadian carrier Fido, and get a permanent factory unlock for the phone.

I have seen many company offers a unlock service and most of them are fake. I have also lost my money with such fake company. I was a bit suspicious about this service at first. E-mail took about a week to arrive confirming my phone was unlocked. Once plugged into itunes on my PC the phone was freed up and good to go with my new provider. Would recommend these guys.

after one and half year i am trying to unlock it with all solutions , you know same problem after upgrade from 4.3.3 to 5.1.1 sure baseband or firmware 4.12.01 as same issue of all persons make this update

Purchased my unlock on May 9 2013 was told it would be a 24hr unlock. Patiently waited, was told I needed to verify myself with proof. I did that. Finally got submitted to the unlock server the following day on May 10th, but since no unlocks happen on the weekend and my iPhone didn't get submitted until Friday evening I was hopping to be unlocked by Monday. Still no unlock, emailed support and since then have been talking to Stephanie who has assured me along the way for the past 2 weeks that it will be unlocked and just to bare with them as they do not do the unlocking themselves. And today to my surprise after almost 2 weeks not including weekends my iPhone 5 64gb was unlocked and ready for use on any carrier. The 24hr unlock period first given was not fulfilled but with the support I've had in the emails gave me faith that it will be unlocked sooner or later and that my 160$ unlock with Fido will be fulfilled. In conclusion great service, great support, a bit slow but it worked. Thank you very much, and a special thanks to Stephanie.

I felt a little uneasy about this to be honest, but gave it a try because I simply needed my phone unlocked right away.
The communication was outstanding. As an American traveling in china, my credit card transaction was questioned but quickly resolved after furnishing the requested additional info.

The service was very quick. Completed in less time that was quoted. A very easy way to unlock your iPhone. Was very worried as to if this service would work but really had nothing to worry about. Good communication via email. I looked around the Internet to find this as cheap as I could. This was the cheapest permanent unlock I could find. I bought an Iphone 4 locked to Fido, Canada and couldn't find anyone locally to unlock it for me due to an older phone model with the most recent operating system. I heard about Official IPhone Unlock and, desperate to get the phone working, went ahead and ordered the unlock. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, but received an immediate reply after filling out the support form, and then within another hour, received the unlock notification. There were a few more steps I had to take to get the phone working, however all my support tickets were answered quickly and indicated to me the next step I had to take to follow-through with the unlock. It is definitely worth the wait and price to have the phone 'factory' unlocked and I am really happy I chose this service!

The unlocking of my Rogers (Canada) iPhone 4S took about a week but it was completed and it works perfectly fine now. I thought that the communication by officialiphoneunlock.co.uk was pretty good and being able to quickly check on the status is helpful. I was able to find the service $30-$40 cheaper at other places on the net after but no big deal.
All in all, thumbs up.
