During that time they sent me a mail asking if this mobile phone was ever activated by the operator that was locked to and i said no because it was a new apple exchange iphone 4. I bought a card from the operator that was locked and activate the iphone. When i got the iphone activated, they submit again the imei to unlock server and after 4 days, voilá .. My iphone is unlocked! Thank you for a very good service ;)

However, I do recommend that the site provider United States users with a phone number for support. Even though they mentioned they had one it was no where to be found. Another improvement would be to clearly state that for phone locked to their providers the SIM card needs to be replaced with a non network SIM card. That was difficult to figure out particularly for people who are not familiar with the process.
