After wasting £25 once, because I provided the wrong Imei number I was hesitant to try again. But when I did, all I could do was wait! After a day or so there seemed to be no status update so I was worried! But I don't know why, as the following day, everything was update and apparently my phone was unlocked! All I had to do was connect to iTunes! Thank god it worked! I've been able to use my phone ever since!

My phone did not activate at first but they responded on how to fix the problem on my end. They had already unlocked my phone. Now it works great!
