I was very unsure about this process and I had heard so many tales of failure, but I wanted to use my phone on a local sim card in Spain, so I fearfully went ahead. I got a reassuring email after payment, then heard nothing from Friday to Monday, then I got an email saying it was unlocked....and lo and behold it was. All I had to do was put a sim card into the phone from a company other than the origional locked one. That was all I did and the phone accepted the new sim card and works. I can assure anyone who is as unsure as I was, this company does "what it says on the tin" they are not scammers, they do a good job, and in my case it was done in 48 hrs if you ignore the weekend, ( and you don't need to be an electronics geek to make it work,) I went to itunes and it downloaded my music etc, put the latest IOS on the phone, and I have made and received calls. Brilliant A1 people.

I'm glad I found this site to unlock my iphone. My unlocked was done on the fifth day, still within their promise time frame. Their customer service is excellent, especially thanks to Stephanie and James. Stephanie replies my email and follow up with my questions promptly. She even told me when she cannot track my unlock progress because of their server problem. So I won't be waiting in the dark. I am really happy with their service. Good job and good service.

I had to wait slightly longer than it states on the website but the wait was worth it! My iphone is now officially unlocked :-D. I did quite a bit of research on the web before deciding what company to use. To me they seemed the only company who were legit and so it proved. If you want some advice then forget about doing an unlock with jailbreaks. Just pay your money and wait for the unlock confirmation email. Once you receive the email just plug your iphone into itunes and its done. Simples! It cost me £29.99 to get my iphone unlocked from 02. Definitely recommended!

Thanks a lot for the iPhone unlock too a while due to the slow speeds on the o2 network, but sooo great its actually genuinely unlocked to all networks no more fussing around with Jailbreaks or fake websites.

Finally an unlock that works. Tried several ways to unlock iPhone 4 iOS 6, with no success. Was initially skeptical as timeframe for unlock slipped a couple of times, but once received email confirmation of unlock, connected to iTunes and job done.

Ok, so i had a software unlocked iPhone 3gs which i wanted factory unlocked. Submitted my order and waited, the order page stated 1 to 3 days, but the unlock came 2 weeks later :)
The customer service and email support that i had was fantastic, as i had the ipad baseband this caused problems with the factory unlock, iTunes kept telling me i had no Sim Card installed and when trying from the iPhone it would not connect to the server!!!
I tried loads of restores and tried to downgrade without success, i thought the iPhone was going to be used for my coffee cup, but i tried one finla retsore and it worked!!!
I am now unlocked and ready to roll, thank you to Stephanie on the end of the emails, you have been fantastic, thank you so much :) X

Quick and easy to unlock my sons iPhone. Much quicker than a shop that I used to unlock mine and it was more expensive! I have one more needs unlocking and I'll definitely be using your services again :) thanks very much for superb service :)
