Thanks to the team I unlocked 3 devices in 10 days service was as described correct most phones have been unlocked in 3 days just one took 5 days but for that I can't juge them since they have been as blacklisted/stolen/lost phones..I am from the USA and right now in EUROPE and the cell phones work 100% I would use this service definitely again!! I was worried that this site could be a scam like others but it was not. My IPhone 6S was unlocked in 3 days, other places said it would take anywhere between 1-10 days. I was notified of any change to my account. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone having issues unlocking their phone.

I admit I was very sceptical on this, EE had refused to unlock my iPhone 6s on 3 separate occasions, even though I bought the phone outright!!
Paid the unlock. 8 days later ( even though I'd had regular updates) I did think I'd been scammed... an hour late I get the all important email ' your iPhone is now unlocked' I couldn't get my giffgaff sim in fast enough! And it WORKED!!! I'm absolutely delighted, can't thank these guys enough as I was just about to sell my phone !
** they kept me politely updated through the whole process as there was a backlog of a couple of days **
I can understand anyone being a bit cautious of paying money on the internet but honestly, hand on heart these guys really are the dogs danglies!!

Despite stating it would take 24-48 hours it took 3 days to unlock from O2. This is however much faster than trying to get O2 to unlock who stated it could take up to 28 days. It's an expensive service but if you can't face waiting nearly a month for the network to unlock your phone it's a genuine service that does the job in a couple of days. It's an easy process, you get an email when your phone is unlocked, you then just pop in the new SIM and make sure your phone can connect to a wifi or 3G network and it works immediately.

When initially browsing the web for companies to unlock an iPhone brought abroad I was really skeptical, would anyone really unlock a phone legally and hold their end of the bargain?
I googled and found officialiphoneunlock and gave them a ring, the thinking being that i'd be able to tell to some extent how legit and professional they are. After a few days (and a discount via email) I took the plunge, and wahey! a day and a half later my Bell Canada iPhone 5 was unlocked and i'm pretty impressed.
I can't comment on other users experiences but mine was fantastic, the guy on the phone politely dealt with me, told me that sometimes it does take longer than the typical times displayed on the site, but they do try to keep to their promises. As far as I can see, my phone is perfectly unlocked, worked as soon as my 3 UK sim went in.
Suggestions would be the following; More explanation that lead times aren't guaranteed, explain if and why refunds are/are not granted.

I was with O2 uk and was about to go overseas for 3 months with work. O2 refused to unlock the handset which means I would have had to buy an unlocked low end phone to use while away. I called around a few local shops and was advised it was impossible or it would cost £150 and take a minimum of 2 weeks. A quick google search later I found these guys I entered my imei and paid for the pre order. I got an email later advising it would be an extra £80, you will see many reviews stating this is a scam. Please ignore, this is stated about 5 times on their website so please, like anything, read before purchasing. After I paid the additional unlock fee I received an email within the stated time fram advising my phone was unlocked and just to insert the other sim. I did and it works perfectly. I have researched many of these sites and to be honest was initially dubious about there authenticity. However I can categorically say that these guys are the fastest cheapest and easiest to deal with set up available.

Phoone shops locally quoted the same price as this site but advised me the unlock would take around 3 weeks, Decided to go with this site as it would take between 1-5 days which it took the 5 days including new years day and the weekends. Took around 3 days all in all, it was around Christmas /New Years ...
Gave my IMEI number and that was it.
Put my old O2 SIM card back in the phone and hey presto was unlocked.
No connecting to iTunes all over the air..

I am not so confident about the services available over internet and i was kinda reluctant before placing the order. It was mentioned that the service may take 5-10 working days. It was for a UK 3 network though. But officialiphoneunlock.co.uk did their job much before time. They did it in 2 days including 1 weekend. I am happy with their before-sale and after-sale service. I would probably go for my a 2nd unlock for my phone soon and I will refer this company to my friends for their unlocking services too.

I tried to unlock the iphone that I got 2 months ago, as I need to travel aboard. The carrier company will not unlock unless 3 months has passed. I ordered a premium unlock for my Ipohne5 bought in Portugal and they took about 3 weeks to do it, but their service was great with constant communication and update when needed and the price may seem high but they are the cheapest. The same unlock in Portugal or in UK would cost me at least two times more. Trust this, because their service is of excellence.

For all those who are thinking about an unlock - Definitely this one WORKS. I totally recommend the service. They took a little more than 1 month to unlock my iPhone 5 here in Japan (and I thought it would be really tougher because Japan is a very strict country with hard rules and policies). It was still in contract with AU (what costed me higher - I had to make another payment) so that's the reason it took longer I think. The company contacted me and guided me keeping me updated on the status of my unlock. I contacted then 2 or 3 times and they replied me promptly with short but clear information. I have just received an email informing me about the unlock. I did not have the screen showing the unlock on the iTunes as they say/said but when I inserted a different SIM card it worked. It took a little to my iPhone understand the new card. I had no signal on the first 2 or 3 minutes but after 1 or 2 restarts everything went OK. Now I have my iPhone SIM free using a YMobile SIM card (I had to cut the SIM because they are different sizes - you can buy a cutter at Amazon or cut it yourself using very sharp scissors). My order was placed on November 3, 2014 and it was completed today December 9, 2014. TOTALLY SATISFIED....

I wanted to unlock my ipad that was locked to Vodaphone when Vodaphone told me that not only did my ipad not exist, but neither did I. This was after 25 calls over 5 and a half hours, 3 webchats and 9 emails. I have no interest in Jailbreaking just in using another network. This wasn't the cheapest advertised service but it offered money back if it wasnt unlocked and better still a lifetime promise and the ability to maintain my warrenty and update my ipad. I ordered this at 6 am on Thursday and it was unlocked 2pm the following Wednesday. I simply put in a new sim, the ipad asked for me to put my id in to activate which I did and job done. Cant fault it.

I'm not a fan of services like this that charge for unlocking your handset when your carrier will do it for free but sometimes doing it through your carrier doesn't work. I'm a Vodafone customer that asked them to unlock my hanset but after 3 attempts I started searching for this company. At 1st when I looked at the price I thought it was a scam but after reading reviews decided to go ahead. I had to wait for 4 days but they did it and it now workes on any network.

After being needlessly delayed by T-mobile for 8 weeks, waiting 3 days for my iPhone 4 under EMEA wasn't a problem. Had to back up and restore my iPhone via my computer, as there were delays on recognising my sim, but its all in the instructions.

It was my second successful unlocking with officialiphoneunlock. One thing to be noted : Those people who complain about their services should read the frequently asked questions and their refund policy before buying the unlock. You should be completely aware that to which network your phone is locked to. It was a really nice experience. For both my Iphone 4S ( was locked to 3 UK) it took just one day to unlock. The only reason I am not giving the site 5 stars is due to the fact I had not received any communication from them regarding the delay, otherwise excellent service.

After trying to get the phone unlocked by another online merchant I came across officialiphoneunlock.co.uk on the web and being impressed by the reviews requested an unlock.

This service is really good. I had tried a different unlock service earlier for 30$ but they took 2 weeks and could not unlock. Officialiphoneunlock is blazing fast, literally. On the 3 web site there is a form to fill in to unlock out of contract phones, They just turn you down and say to ring them.Waste of time. Only criticism is that maybe you need to Chang your wording in the customer help section.
If I had read this first, I would not have used your service.

Purchased the phone brand new in Papua New Guinea and used for the last 3 years without ever taking out the sim (never needed to).
One day I take out the sim for no apparent reason and reinsert it. You can imagine my bewilderment when the gevey sim (as I later learnt) was not recognized by my ph. I call the supplier who was of little help left me quite depressed.
After 3 days of patiently waiting, official iPhone unlock.co.uk email me with the good news.
I just inserted another sim without the gevey sim and voila!! I am activated. No iTunes, no gevey, just recognized straight away!!

What amazed me the most about Official iPhone Unlock was that I had the sense that I was being dealt with by a human being although the process was handled entirely online. An unlock isn't like buying a pair of shoes. You like, you buy. This one was complicated. A US AT&T 4S not used in the US for 3 years, sitting idly. A Sydney phone company had said it wasn't possible back in 2011 but still we kept it. From memory all our bills had been paid and closed down properly but apparently not, or so according to AT&T. Official iPhone Unlock dealt with the process with authority, within the promised time frames and gave me utter confidence they were going to deliver. Well, they did. It cost us £55 but still way cheaper than buying a new one. Guys - you have a great service. It's relevant, useful, reliable and honest. You provided me with a seamless customer experience. Will definitely recommend.

Went to local phone shops they have all quoted sky high prices for unlocking and even unreasonable time frames like 2 weeks. In the end all it really took with official iphone unlock was only 1 and a half day and with no hassle. Recommended! (I'm on 3 UK, currently in Malaysia.)

In all the system was very easy to use but the time it took to unlock was nowhere near what was suggested. It took over 3 weeks & a lot of messaging to finally get the unlock through. The phone wasn't stolen etc so no reason for the delay.
The cost was quite high too, more than I first expected.
Once the unlock comes through it's a piece of cake.

I was getting panicked and thought I had been scammed, but after one and a half months, (1 month and 1 week on pre order status another week on order) the email came that my iPhone 4s locked to Verizon USA was now unlocked. Plugged in to iTunes and activated new Sim and Carrier, everything worked. Sorry I doubted you OfficialiPhoneUnlock. Thank you from the USA....Only reason for 3 stars is the timeframe, but I would do it again to be free of high carrier costs.

I had doubts on submitting my IMEI for unlocking because many sites are over 80 dollars to unlock and by FAR this one is the cheapest to unlock. I Liked the way the security for this site is, especially in them trying to verify you are the actual owner of the phone and the credit card so fraud doesn't happen. So for the Unlocking the phone took about 3 days it would have been sooner but i submitted it during a holiday. Im happy with the service and i RECOMMEND THIS to Everyone. Indeed, it took 3 working days to get it unlocked - technically perfect, simple process and well described.
Had to use such service as I unintentionally purchased the phone at full price, but with an AT&T lock set on it.
AT&T themselves were not supportive at all to get it unlocked.

I, like many others was extremely worried when I purchased this unlocking service. I had AT&T and read many negative reviews on other review sites out there... But I thought, well, I have nothing to lose, if it dont work I will just suck up my loss and continue to use an older phone on my England Service provider. So I went on and paid for the unlock expecting it to be a fake as so many are out there... I did this saturday morning, and saw them ask for a screenshot of the card or bank statement showing that payment was sent to them which worried me because I felt this was a bit odd. But I took a screenshot covering all but the last 4 numbers of the card with my finger as it described me to do and it worked, they accepted payment. I was notified on sunday that it was accepted and that unlock will take 1-5 business days not including weekends... Today is Thursday and I had not received notice that it was done as of yet however just for giggles I thought id plug in my iphone to my computer and low and behold the first thing apple said, is CONGRATULATIONS your iphone is now unlocked... Guess I was a step ahead of them but either way THEY were the ones who processed the work... I know a lot of you are skeptical of these reviews... I know these reviews look fake, I thought so too... I did not think it would happen. Trust this review if any, I got my iphone 5s from AT&T unlocked in 3 days really... today would have been day 4 but it is done and I am using O2 now. I would reccomend these guys to anyone and they have my business for good now... any further unlocks will always go through them forever now. Yes, it'll probably cost you but if you're in the position I was in and your network doesn't want to know, use these guys! For me, it took a total of 4 days, from the time I made the payment. You have to send in a receipt of your payment - if your bank sends you texts of your purchases that's a great one to send. Otherwise, they suggest you send a picture of your credit card, covering the number on your card, minus the last four digits and showing clearly the name of your card so they can ensure you're not using someone else's card. That wasn't mentioned anywhere and it took me a little by surprise. But I got the confirmation of receipt of payment at 9am the next day. By 2pm, they'd sent the request and from then I had to wait 3 days.
But hey, at least I didn't have to deal with my ridiculous network provider - VODAFONE - who had completely ignored my request to unlock my phone!

well worth the wait! This service was able to unlock my french iPhone on SFR network which I was still bound to by contract. As I moved to UK and did not want to buy another phone or get another iPhone contract I decided to try and get it unlocked. I think it took 3-4 weeks in the end and was disappointed that it wasn't easy to contact customer support to track what was going on but luckily it all worked out in the end. During this wait time I was in france and went to see SFR about unlocking my iPhone and they told me that they had to by law unlock all iPhones after 3 months if customers chose to exercise this option, had I known this I would have saved £39.99 to do so. But happy it was done in the end. Now I have a dual sim case which holds both my UK Sim card and my French Sim card in one phone and this is very convenient for me.

I did have to contact support once because it was taking longer than the quoted time but as soon as I contacted them, I had my unlock quote within 3 hours.

My phone was locked to the 3 network but I soon discovered that the network coverage in my area was very poor/non-existent. I wanted to have the phone unlocked so that I could use the Vodafone SIM card from my previous phone. After a minor snag (because my MacBook didn't support iTunes 11 and my phone was running iOS7) which was resolved with the help of the support team, everything worked smoothly. I wasn't sure at first, but I wanyted my iphone to be able to use any other service provider when I went abroad.
Within a very short timee, maybe 3 or 4 days, the phone was unlocked and worked with Vodafone, Orange O2 and 3.

The unlock was nowhere near the announced timeline, in spite of it being "accepted", guaranteed to be unlocked and announced within 3 - 5 working days.

I bought my new iphone at Walmart in the us during a busines trip and it was declared as simlock free. It worked fine in the us but home in europe it did not work anymore - so they fooled me. Only took from Wednesday night to Friday afternoon for the confirmation to come through, just plugged my iphone( previously locked to orange) into iTunes with a 3 sim card and a message popped up confirming the unlock. This is a great service for people stuck on basebands which can't be unlocked with software, ie most iPhones above firmware 5.0.1. I was able to unlock a T-Mobile UK iphone 4s with r sim 3 but with iphone 4 i tried everything. Ultrasn0w, geveysim, rsim, custom ipsw. Once that baseband is updated it isnt going to downgrade by use of No_BB ipsw. Got screwed over on that part. R sim is able to unlock a 4s but not a 4. The advertisement said iphone 4 too but that was a lie. I thought i was gonna have to switch over to att for this phone. I found this website and did research. Seemed legit i guess. I figured I'd use my credit card to pay for it so that in case it was a scam my credit card company would refund me and help shut down this site. I hate scam sites.. Turns out it's actually legit. I provided them my imei number, paid for it, had to send a pic of my credit card with my name on it(fingers covering my numbers and exp date), and then waited about 6 hrs before I received an email saying that its unlocked and all i had to do was plug in to iTunes. My phone was jailbroken so iTunes didn't try to unlock it. I had to do an official restore with my tmobile sim in the phone. It downloaded another 5.1.1 ipsw(i installed an official 5.1.1 before btw..), installed it and then asked me to check for a carrier update. Checked it, installed it, and then at the end it finally said my iPhone was unlocked. Had to do my jailbreak again but other than that I'm happy with it. I'm writing this review just because they offer some money back for doing it and also cuz i'm grateful it worked.

Ok, so i had a software unlocked iPhone 3gs which i wanted factory unlocked. Submitted my order and waited, the order page stated 1 to 3 days, but the unlock came 2 weeks later :)
The customer service and email support that i had was fantastic, as i had the ipad baseband this caused problems with the factory unlock, iTunes kept telling me i had no Sim Card installed and when trying from the iPhone it would not connect to the server!!!
I tried loads of restores and tried to downgrade without success, i thought the iPhone was going to be used for my coffee cup, but i tried one finla retsore and it worked!!!

Have to admit after seeing the comments on FB I was not overly concerned. Email arrived, final bit of the unlock process, through Itunes was straightforward. Iphone locked to 3 UK, i got several opinions about 3UK all were negative that 3UK not giving unlocking provisions at all. Later i tried through officialiphoneunlock.uk, which was huge risk coz i paid amount in advance.
I was not sure whether i will get succeeded or not. After order, their timeline was 7 working days, to get it unlocked. I waited till 19th working day, lost all my patience, was waiting to put my complaint wherever possible. But got mail from them on 20th day saying 'your i phone is now unlocked' !!!!

I have to say I was a little bit dubious - even after I sent my card details I was thinking "ripped off again!" And then when, on Saturday morning I had a message about their email being wiped and needing to resend my verification I thought my worst fears were confirmed. But then, I got up on Monday morning and there was the email - your phone is now officially unlocked. And, to my genuine surprise - it WAS! In less than 5 minutes the iphone I'd spent 3 months and countless hours trying to get going again using redsn0w and all those other hacktivation tools was working again. honestly , at the beginning I didn't trust the web site as I thought it was one of those con jailbreak website again , but i had no choice as i move to another country and i needed to unlock my phone otherwise i was going to end up signing a new contract and getting a new phone so i gave it a another try . I got a brand new handset on ebay supposedly unlocked, but it was locked to Tesco. Thought I was left with no choice but to change network or sell the handset at a lower price on ebay until I found this company on the internet and within a week I was using my iPhone 5 now unlocked.
From the day I confirmed payment (it took me 2 or 3 days to do that) it took only a couple of days to receive confirmation that it was now unlocked.
What a relief, after all the stress of trying to get my money back from the seller, and after all the horror stories about fake phone unlocking websites.

I have been SO frustrated with the amount of lock-down that Rogers in Canada has on it's iPhones. There is NO option to unlock for international travel, etc and their roaming rates, as per usual in the industry, are absolutely ridiculous. I was scouring the web for options when I came across officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. There are so many scams and nefarious options out there so I did a bunch of research on them. The fact that they've got a facebook page with 20,000 likes and a load of good comments had me thinking that they were probably legit so I dove in. About 3 days after placing my order I received my unlock confirmation email, went to the local futurshop, bought a koodo sim card with no intention of signing up for the service (10 bucks) and followed the very simple instructions. First time hooking up with iTunes I got a weird message so turned the phone off and then on again and all of a sudden I was looking at "Congratulations, you're iPhone is now unlocked." Popped out the koodo sim card and put the roger's one back in and am SO STOKED to know that the next time I go travelling I can just buy a regional sim card and have every function I'm used to.

It has been almost one and a half year since I updated the OS version of my iphone and from then on I have not used it. I have used Iphone unlock on a couple of Iphones and it just works, couple of days and it is unlocked and stays unlocked. I know i theory you could contact the provider etc etc. but the thought of trying fills me with dread. Takes all the hassle out of it and that's worth the money in my book

I first had my doubts about this service but i just went ahead after reading the site and seeing that there is much support for every stage of the unlocking process. After paying per bank i sent an e-mail and after 5 minutes the mobile was ready to go. I just had to plug it in Itunes and that was it.

Submitted my IMEI on October 3rd and my phone didn't get unlocked till October 12th. For a while I thought I might have been scammed cause the time frame took longer then the stated outline. On the 8th they updated the status that the delayed Canada Rogers iPhone will be submitted that night for unlocking tomorrow which will be the 9th. My phone didn't get unlocked till 3 days after that. But when I got the noticed that my phone is now unlocked I did as they say and plugged my phone into iTunes and they said congratulations your phone is now unlocked.

Having been an Orange Contract subscriber for several years I have now finally managed to get my Iphone unlocked from Orange. I now live in Belarus and while my Iphone was under monthly contract I could happily roam to Belarus (albeit with high roaming charges) When I decided to move permanently to Belarus I decided to cancel my monthly contract and go onto Orange PAYG to maintain my UK Orange number. I immediately encountered a problem in that Orange PAYG does not roam to Belarus. I therefore got a local sim for Belarus. Problem my iphone was locked to Orange and although I have been an Orange customer for several years my change to PAYG so far as they were concerned classed as a new contract and before they would unlock my iphone orange required 3 months active service on PYG - difficult when not in the UK and no roaming. I was in a catch 22 situation. Now thanks to officialiphoneunlock my iphone has been unlocked and I am now able to use my iphone with my local sim. I will soon be repeating the process with my wife's iPhone which has the same problem.

Even though it may have been a day over the 3 days its still a good service and the unlock works. Would ask them to check their phone number as it doesn't connect and it could leave people thinking its a dodgy company with no one to talk to.

Although the company promised an unlock in 1-3 days, it actually took just over 3 weeks. However, the company were very good at communicating and stating the delay . When I did send an email asking why my order hadn't been completed, it was responded to instantly with a helpful and apologetic note.
Although it was frustrating to have to wait so long, and I had almost given up, i Do understand that there were issues that wouldn't occur regularly so I don't doubt the speed this company normally provides.
My iphone is now unlocked, and yes, it cost a lot to do, but in the long run will save no end of money on expensive contracts.

I bought an Iphone 4 locked to Fido, Canada and couldn't find anyone locally to unlock it for me due to an older phone model with the most recent operating system. I heard about Official IPhone Unlock and, desperate to get the phone working, went ahead and ordered the unlock. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, but received an immediate reply after filling out the support form, and then within another hour, received the unlock notification. There were a few more steps I had to take to get the phone working, however all my support tickets were answered quickly and indicated to me the next step I had to take to follow-through with the unlock. It is definitely worth the wait and price to have the phone 'factory' unlocked and I am really happy I chose this service!

When I first tried to order my unlock, there was some kind of error with their payment website, so I was apprehensive and didn't want an unlock anymore, within minutes though the emailed me and explained that their website sometimes had problems and won't process payments, but that they had an alternative website that worked. When I initially made the order their time estimators read that my phone would unlock within 5 hrs, and during the payment process, I read that it would take approximately 6 hrs, once I made the payment and all I was upset because on one of the final screens there was a disclaimer about unlocks taking approximately 48 and that I shouldn't contact them until 3 weeks after my order was made. I was not very happy with that note. Luckily after only 28 hrs to the minute I receive the confirmation email, and I was unlocked the iTunes unlock screen was such a relief, I doubted the service but it was well worth my $38 American. The only reason that I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that they promised it would take 6 hours, whereas in fact it took about 9 hours. Practically speaking 3 hours is REALLY not a big deal, but the fact that they didn't deliver on time made me pretty anxious and worried that indeed I was scammed. Obviously had I known it would be 9 hours instead of 6 I would have still made the purchase just the same. But it's better to tell the customer it'll take 12 hours and deliver within 9, rather than tell the customer it'll take 6 hours and deliver within 9.
Besides that and those stressful three hours (fear of getting scammed + overly excited/obsessed to get that phone unlocked), I only have good things to say!

Took about 3 days for the iPhone to be unlock and then just plug into iTunes and restore. I was able to unlock 2 iPhone 5 with firmware 6.1.4 through this service. Job well done guys!

I bought an iphone 4 off of eBay only to find it was locked to Vodafone. I paid official iPhone unlock £70 odd through their Facebook page and waited. It told me it'd take 1-5 working days. By day 2 I was worried it was a scam. By day 3 the status had changed to 24-48hrs. By 1pm I was impatient and tried plugging my iPhone into iTunes and it was unlocked. The conformation email came through at 4pm. So pleased!! Would use again!

The service was as described, though I thought from reading the information it would only take 24 hours instead it took 3 days. Even so I would be happy to recommend them.

I first tried to have my telus 4s pone unlocked paid the que fee, then waited a few days
Sent them a message on facebook they got back to me within 8 hrs explaining telus unlocks were temp unavailable. When I inquired how long they said two to three weeks.
Way to long for me and I did check other unlock places all could not unlock telus phones at the time. They offered a refund I asked if I could use it to purchase a Rogers 4s I had no problem within 3 days it was unlocked. A few weeks later I heard telus unlocks were available, bought one for the 4s and 2 days later it two was unlocked.
Unlocking I phones is not a simple process and sometimes networks are blocked.
Definatly a decent deal they kept me informed. I would recommend them

The unlock came after 3 days which was completely fine but slightly longer than the 24-48 hours specified. All in all a good service though.

They're able to factory unlock my Iphone 4 locked to Rogers Canada.. it took 2 weeks to unlock my handset.. which makes me worry a lot.. but the support system is good. you just need a lot of patience while waiting for your handset to unlock.. Good work guys, I should have give u guys a 5 stars, but with the delays.. A 3 stars is not to shabby... thanks..

On costs, price started @ 39 quid and finished by my card being debited 46. Your customer service was polite and promised to review the matter but so far not a dicky bird of a response!
No way Jose is it 24-48. This is misleading. It doesn't help that nothing happens during the weekend, after all this is an online service:)
Only 2 stars on account of the money issue (still outstanding).
Clearly if sligjtly critical TrustPilot pulls it off line - Clearly you need to give at least 3
What is wrong with my review that "violates" TrustPilot's code? I'm a customer and am not entirely happy with the expeirence!

First I hesitated to buy the unlock here as the price was steep. After trying another site who claimed to unlock my iPhone 5 for a third of the price, I had to learn that they were actually unable to get the job done, I gave it a try here - and it worked after 3 days. Without any hassle.
