After being rejected first time when I provided the wrong network I thought my money is gone and this service is a scam. But I soon received an email stating that I would get my refund in vouchers as a good will gesture even though they had stated clearly on their website "wrong network; no refund". I admit I was very sceptical on this, EE had refused to unlock my iPhone 6s on 3 separate occasions, even though I bought the phone outright!! I was skeptical ... like I'm sure you are! Bu tI was angry too - very upset with SoftBank for not unlocking my phone even tough I'd paid for it. So I went all out to get it unlocked myself ... every holiday I checked with the local tech whizzkids - Delhi, Bangkok and HK but no-one could unlock from a Japanese network. I bought an iphone 6+ 128gb white space grey for a pretty good deal and it ended up the reason for it was for being locked as a sprint carrier it seemed like and ever since that day ive been wondering for a way to unlock it for a nice deal and i ended up getting referred to a unlock service from the UK. After sending in my request it was told that for sprint carrier it would take up to 5 days and that is very well understandable because sprint unlocking can be annoying if not the worst carrier to unlock out of the other carriers. However, in the next 32 hours i was notified that my phone has been unlocked and when i tested out another sim card I was very impressed. If anything In the mere future I would continue to support this service and recommend it to others, great deal fast service and no cons !

They are real , gave them 2 IMEI's to my iPhone 6 locked to Tmobile and other to Sprint . I read a couple of negative reviews and got really worried then i start hassling them but was told to be calm and now this morning my Tmobile is unlocked perfectly and i am waiting for the sprint. They are real but i think there is no way anyone can be perfect so that is where the negative review comes from on the internet but they are REAL !!! Waiting for my partner's spring to be unlocked. I have a new iphone 6 plus and will be off travelling around Australia in 2 weeks and wanted to unlock the phone from O2.
